We would greatly appreciate all parents informing their children to take extra precautions while playing in the parking lot as the tennis balls, soccer balls, basketballs and hockey sticks could damage tenant vehicles. Please take these sporting activities to the adjacent field.

Now is a good time to make sure your renters insurance is up to date.

Please remember to pre-book the elevator when moving items. There have been several maintenance issues with the elevators when you hold the door open too long to load or unload.
Video surveillance will be reviewed and may result in costly charges applied to anyone causing elevator maintenance.

Please be mindful of disturbances to your neighbours. Smoke, barking pets and noise are just a few of the complaints we hear about.
